No. Modulynx is designed for air-gapped or restricted network environments. Activation is performed offline via a request/license file exchange.
Our professional and enterprise tiers include hardware migration support. We can re-issue a license for your new server signature upon verification.
We use a perpetual module model with an optional annual maintenance and support (AMS) contract. Once a module is licensed to a server, it remains yours.
If your maintenance contract expires, the system remains fully functional for 7 days to give your finance team time to process renewals without service interruption.
